1. Scope
These terms apply to everyone who uses Whindr, whether through our website or app. By creating an account or using Whindr, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Whindr. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide about yourself is truthful and accurate.
3. Moderated profiles
A portion of the profiles visible on Whindr are curated by our team and clearly marked with an "M" badge wherever they appear — on profile cards, in your matches, and in chat. Moderated profiles help orient new users on the platform. Unlike a regular user profile, details such as age, location, or bio on a moderated profile may be illustrative and do not represent a claim that one specific real individual matching that description exists. Contact happens only through a genuinely reachable number listed on the profile; we will never charge you to unlock a contact that cannot actually be reached.
4. Credits and unlocking contacts
Certain features, such as revealing a WhatsApp contact after a match, require credits or a subscription. We do not guarantee that any particular person will respond once a contact is unlocked. If a matched profile has no reachable number on file, the app will not offer to unlock it, and you will not be charged.
5. Conduct
You agree not to harass other users, impersonate anyone, or use Whindr for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
